Lets keep this train moving!! This Holiday season is going to be a challenge for people more than ever. With over 60,000 people a month needing help in Santa Cruz County, I am personally issuing a challenge to see how much food we can raise on December 5th at the Safeway on 41st Ave in Santa Cruz from 4pm to 8pm with 102.5 KDON. If everyone I know just brings 10lbs we can raise thousands of pounds of food for people that really need it. Please spread the word and get everyone you know to visit us from 4pm to 8pm Saturday December 5th at the Safeway 2720 41st Street Soquel, CA 95073 bring non-perishable food or money (every dollar donated allows Second Harvest to purchase $9 worth of food) as we do a LIVE broadcast with 102.5 KDON. Safeway for succumbing to my endless requests to do this food drive and my trusty partner in crime Bly Morales for dealing with my insane ideas and actually helping them come to reality.
